I thought I would take some of this down time to share a little project from late in the fall. I realized that I have taken hundreds of frame-able pictures for many family, friends, and clients... but I had nothing I could frame and hang in my own house! It made me sad. So, I started coming up with ideas for pictures our little family of two and asked my sister to come along and snap the pictures. I knew if I set up the shot, she would be very capable - she's very artistic. She MADE me pick a date so as not to over schedule and run out of time. She was instrumental in making this happen. So, she shot the pictures and I edited them... and here are a few.
The first pics are at a single screen art deco movie theater that opened in 1939. I fell in love with the marquee, the ticket booth and the colors.
The second set of pics are just typical Indiana country roads- walking with our favorite pup.
It's harder to be on the other side of the camera. But, I am so glad we have these pictures of us. 2012 was a big year for us - we celebrated our 10th anniversary.
