6.26.2011 Childrens Portraits: Raya

Prepare to meet the most camera-ready 10 month old ever... she loves the click of the shutter, she is only momentarily distracted by her surroundings before she gives the camera every expression she knows, and even when it's nearly naptime - she gives it one last burst of energy because she must know how amazing these tutu shots might be. It was agreed that she is a model in the making and she made this photo shoot way too easy! Her parents might also have had something to do with it - they are pros at entertaining her and getting these great expressions from her with their antics.

And again, my sister & assistant -Hilary, also made things easy with her ideas, muscle, helfpulness and child entertaining abilities!  (love you!)

6.11.11 Family Pics

Rebecca has been very supportive of my photography hobby over the years.  I took pictures of her and her husband on actual film once! She has "hired" me for event photography and sent several family and friends my way for pictures. She is my unofficial PR person.  :)

It was nice to do a session with her now that we're in the digital age and I actually have some editing skills...It was an enjoyable evening with her WHOLE family.  They are a close family that I have gotten to know through working with Rebecca so I enjoyed seeing them and getting to take their pictures. They are also some pretty photogenic people!  Here are just a few of the final product...
