3.18.2011 Newborn Portraits: Zoey

Introducing my youngest subject ever - Zoey! She was six days old at our session.  I spent a lovely  afternoon with Zoey and her family watching them settle into their new routine as a new family of four and getting some shots of Zoey when she was feeling sleepy...

Zoey was born into a very musical family, so we tried to capture that aspect of their life as well as the excited big brother - and we even documented Zoey's first time taking a bottle.

This was so much fun!

3.6.2011 Senior Pics: Tiffiani

This weekend we finished season number three for Tiffiani's senior portraits.  We have now done summer, fall and winter and will be eagerly awaiting spring! Although there was only a little bit of snow on the ground this weekend, we still attempted some wintery looks with some scarves and mittens and it was nice not to freeze our butts off during the session!

Tiffiani commented that in each session her hair has been different and I told her each season's pics will show the progression of her senior year in those subtle ways.  I wonder if she will look back on the four sets of pictures one day and remember who she was at each point during that time in her life - you grow up so much in that year!  It's fun for me to think that I am preserving who she is at this time in her life and she will hopefully always have these pictures.
